Hi, I’m Tobi – consultant, musician, writer, and coach for creativity and productivity. My journey has been far from linear; it’s been a path of discovery, always driven by my passion for people, their well-being, and their creativity.

Creativity has been my constant companion – whether in my work as a psychosocial counselor, leader or performing on stage for a total audience of over half a million people. Over time, I realised I didn’t just want to help people in crisis. Today, I help individuals and organisations become more creative, grow, and achieve their goals.

My academic degrees and certifications – spanning consulting, human-centred design, social work, and biographical and creative writing, as well as Scrum Master and UX qualifications – combine creativity with structure. My goal is to help you and your business turn ideas into reality.
