Agile Coaching

Agility is not an end in itself – it should ease the workload, not complicate it.
In complex, highly dynamic environments like Automotive & Rail (e.g., for cranity GmbH), I guide teams in remaining fully capable of acting, even under immense delivery pressure. My approach is Human-Centered Agility: We don’t use methods just because they are written in a textbook, but adapt them pragmatically to your reality. This ensures that agility noticeably streamlines your processes and strengthens your true innovative power.
My Focus
- Structure Instead of Redundancy: Targeted application of digital tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, and MS Project. We establish crystal-clear transparency and make team communication radically more efficient.
- Empirical Process Control: We replace rigid plans with a living Inspect & Adapt approach. We evaluate, learn, and adjust—for genuine, sustainable innovation instead of blindly trying to "just move faster."
- Human-Centeredness: As a consultant (M.Sc., M.A.) and certified Usability & UX Professional (artop, CPUX-F), I ensure that your internal processes and digital products are rigorously aligned with the real needs of the users.
What Sets Me Apart
Through my years of executive experience, I know that agility almost always fails due to the underlying organizational culture, rarely because of the methodology. I utilize resistance within the system early on as a valuable compass. Furthermore, I bring the psychosocial crisis competence required to safely stabilize teams even during intense phases of conflict, anchoring psychological safety as the true foundation of productive collaboration.
