To remain attractive as an employer tomorrow, you cannot work like yesterday.

In our complex, fast-paced world, rigid hierarchies fail just as badly as tedious consensus debates where, in the end, the loudest voices usually win. Future viability thrives where agile networks harness the full potential of their people, creating spaces for experiencing competence, inspiration, and self-organization.

As an organizational developer, I practice strict process consulting: Instead of imposing rigid blueprints from the outside, we co-create tailored solutions that are structurally lean, culturally vibrant, and at eye level. For social service providers in particular, this is the key to counteracting the shortage of skilled labor and becoming a state-of-the-art employer for the younger generation.

My Focus

  • Systemic Design & New Work: We replace static job descriptions with dynamic, evolving role architectures. I connect my M.Sc. in Counseling Sciences directly with the core principles of agile self-organization.
  • Process Consulting & Participation: No pre-packaged, theoretical slide decks. I facilitate change in a way that transforms those affected into active co-creators. We translate collective intelligence into measurable, structural transformation.
  • Attractiveness & Health: We optimize your organizational culture to drive higher commitment, identification, and psychological health. This secures valuable talent and ensures your entire system remains sustainably adaptable.

What Sets Me Apart

I connect the agile, efficiency-driven business reality with the psychosocial depth of social organizations. As a long-standing companion in times of change and facilitator of over 100 workshops, I know from experience: transformation can never be mandated. My systemic lens ensures that change is anchored healthily—carried by the very people who live the system every day.
