To move forward more effectively, you have to pause every now and then.

Supervision is the space where people reflect on their work. In the hustle and bustle of everyday professional life, there is often little time to examine why certain dynamics stall or drain energy. As a certified Systemic Supervisor (DGSv*), I offer you and your team a protected, structured space for reflection—both live and remote.

Together, we shift to the meta-level: I invite you onto a glass floor to look down at your daily actions from a healthy distance. We do not change absent third parties; we work directly with the people in the room. This elevates the quality of your work, strengthens your capacity to act, protects the well-being of everyone involved—and, ultimately, just feels right.

My Approach: There are no one-size-fits-all solutions. I never work without a clear mandate from your team, and I will never dictate what you "must" talk about. You are the experts on your content; I am the expert on the process. Instead of rigid interpretations, I offer my resonance as a mirror. In the end, systems only take what they can actually use.

My Focus

  • Role Certainty & Relational Dynamics (Case and Team Supervision): I support you through a resource-oriented lens to deeply comprehend the dynamics within your team or in your work with clients. The goal is to uncover blind spots, clearly define professional roles within the system, and sustainably expand your scope of action.
  • Conflict & Crisis Resilience (Understanding Relational Dynamics): With over eleven years of experience in psychosocial counseling and crisis intervention, I guide teams in remaining articulate, even during highly emotional phases. We bring transparency to issues that are "brewing" in the background—relieving tension and strengthening psychological safety.
  • Visual & Narrative Work (Expanding or Narrowing Perspectives): Drawing from my background as a writing consultant (M.A.), Scrum Master, and UX Designer, we utilize experiential and visual methods. Depending on your needs, we use systemic questions to open up the conceptual space or distill complexity down to a manageable scale.

What Sets Me Apart

I am deeply familiar with both the psychological depth of crises in social work and the efficiency-driven realities of business within agile project management. Having spent many years working as a team member, executive, and external consultant, I can empathize with diverse roles within an organization. My goal is to facilitate coherent constructions of reality that never lose sight of the organizational purpose—enabling changes that empower you, your team, and your organization to deliver high-quality work sustainably while maintaining your health and well-being.
