A calm space for reflection, inspiration, and self-expression.
In my Creative Mindfulness sessions, I offer a quiet online space where we can step back from everyday life and reconnect with our authentic voice through gentle creative exercises.
Each session begins with simple mindfulness practices – such as breathwork, guided thought walks, a short focus meditation, and freewriting – to clear your mind and ease into a creative state.
In the second half, I introduce playful writing techniques that help you break free from conventional thinking, bring your true self to the page, experience creative flow, and cultivate self-appreciation – all at your own pace, with no pressure and no prior experience needed.
The sessions are donation-based and open to everyone. You can choose whether to keep your camera and microphone off – privacy is welcome. Simply reserve your free spot via Calendly, and you’ll receive donation details by email after the session. I’m looking forward to the unique and creative surprises that will emerge!
